On Sept 28 2007 an historic event took place at Victory Lodge. With full pageantry and fanfare, W.Bro Alan W. Bright was invested into Grand Lodge as the Deputy Grand Chaplain of the Grand Lodge of Quebec.
The Investiture was carried by the Most Worshipful Grand Master and his officers. This is the first time in the history of Victory Lodge that such and investiture has taken place and indeed only the second time in the one hundred and fifty year history of the Grand Lodge of Quebec.
